Hotel Zico, BW Signature Collection - Mountain View

Stylish decor enhanced my stay. The toaster needs replacing.

Staff was excellent and friendly. I liked the Stevens Creek path also.

I could hear telephone conversation in the next room.

Upgraded, fairly clean hotel with extremely friendly staff and an outdoor bar. Location next to concerts and events at and various venues in the area, supermarket, and restaurants and grocery stores. Also, right next to the Stevens Creek hike to the Shoreline.

Funky design, no-nonsense place. Tucked away in a location that's not immediately obvious, but is actually very convenient to Mountain View and Silicon Valley companies.

The rooms were clean and provided a cozy vibe that felt mad really like home, despite a minor issue with the opaque windows not letting in enough light to highlight the lovely landscaping outside.

The decorating and landscaping contributed to the pleasure of my stay. Breakfast was included in my rate and was good. The hotel was conveniently located.

The hotel advertised free WiFi, but I never could access it on my iPad.

Room was very spacious and comfortable; very good staff; location.

A have no major objections or complains about this hotel. I wish that that bathroom was a little larger, breakfast could be improved but overall I enjoyed my stay.

I was surprised by how well-decorated the interior was. The staff were great, and I liked the sitting area above the stair case inside - great place for a meeting. Overall the experience was excellent and a surprise for the price - I travel frequently and it had a "Boutique" hotel feel.

The only issue was that the rooms that are on the same side as the highway do get continuous traffic noise. If someone were a light sleeper they would want to get a room on the opposite side of the hotel.

it was very quiet, very clean, had a wonderful breakfast. everyone was great to us there and we will be back :0)

there was nothing to not like

Pretty close to sfo airport

We had to leave before breakfast started to catch a flight at sfo. The hotel did not agree to arrange a bring along breakfast box for us. I heard someone in a neighboring room snore during the night. When driving to the hotel on CA-82-S, you will exit on 22B. You must then enter CA-82-N and then exit on 22B again after only some 100 feet. Those 100 feet are dangerous since some high speed traffic from behind may also want to exit there and space is limited. Take care!

Fitness room is poorly equiped, proximity to the highway is well heard in the room

Had a great time! The breakfast was such a delight, especially with made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit. I also loved the room amenities like free slippers and an updated AC unit. Additionally, the underground parking was super convenient!

Good location with shops nearby and easy parking. Good sized room and breakfast was good.
